Pita Chips



  • cut pita bread into triangles, separate sides and open flat
  • bake at 400 for 5 min.
  • take out, top with butter and cinnamon sugar
  • return to oven and broil until butter is melted
  • take out- enjoy with a picnic lunch, serve with goat cheese and melon
